Hang On To Your Ego

I know there’s an answer.
If you follow the road,
it will lead you to the land of no return.

I’ve had my dreams,
which culminate in the birdhouse
Beyond summer, to a happier time
I didn’t think this would be easy,
but I thought it would be less painful
I still have a lot to learn
And you’ve taken note
Of the feathers
with specific
Misunderstanding

Well, the gates are open
And my wings are tasting rust
On the frontlines of August
